How do I filter down data on a grid?

Every column in every grid can be filtered by, and they can be done simultaneously.

  1. At the top of your data grid (e.g., list of products, orders, or accounts), you will find the titles of each column.
  2. Underneath the title of each column, there is a blank white box with the word “Contains” in gray. This is a field in which you type characters you would like to use for narrowing down the data in the grid.

Tips!

-Columns be rearranged. Click and hold the top of a column, then drag it to the left or right, and let go when it’s where you want its new location to be.

-If you filter something frequently the same way, consider memorizing this filtered grid. To do this use the “Memorize” button at the bottom of your filtered grid.
