How do I add my starting quantities?

You can add starting quantities in one of two ways. One way is to use the Quick Receive option.

Either on your computer or mobile app, add the products from a list. You could also use this feature if you want to add your starting quantities as you walk through your location. On mobile, just go to the module titled “Quick Receive” and begin scanning or typing your products and their quantities. Any user with a badge and PIN could do this on their device. On the browser, you would go to MENU->QUICK->RECEIVE and begin adding products. The grid will populate with the quantities you’re adding. Submit when you’re ready by clicking the POST button on the bottom of the window.

The other way is to use the On-hand import. This import should only be used once and requires an administrator level user who will have to enter their password to perform the import. The import and import template can be found at MENU->ADMINISTRATION->IMPORT->ON-HAND.

Tip!

If you are not sure your exact quantities, you could count as you go by using the Quick Receive.
If you already have the counts, lot/serial numbers, and the locations, you can use the import option.
