Flowtrac was established in Dallas – Fort Worth, Texas, U.S. in 1986. Software for Inventory Control in the warehouse was our first deliverable. Business growth and customer demand soon had us adding asset management. We introduced a 2 in 1 solution that not only handled Inventory Control but also Asset Management. As the solution matured, other major releases included Work in Process, Proof of Delivery and Cross Over Prevention.
Developed and Packaged but Flexible and Scalable was baked right in to all of our solutions. We do not believe that all businesses operate using the exact same methods and processes.
Flowtrac’s ability to be modified allows the software to wrap around your organization’s needs. We believe that our clients should not have to change their successful business practices to try to make a generic software system work. Our software can be changed and modified to support your practices and requirements.
We believe in it. We work for it. In recent years, the typical software sale transactions have become a high transaction and non-personal engagement. Learn about your specific business requirements? No, just give them your credit card and you try to figure out how to best configure and use the software. They offer some videos and online books and maybe even an email that thanks you for your order. Our sales staff learn your requirements through a discovery call and then present to you the optimum solution. That might even be introducing another vendor that is closer to your needs.
